Dr. Ohm Satya Prasad Ravi (aka Ohmsatya Ravi) is the Founder and Managing Director of Sumhitha Polyfabrics Private Limited. Prior to joining Sumhitha, Dr. Ravi was a Managing Director at Nomura Securities International from 2009-2017 and an Executive Director/Principal at Bank of America from 2003-2009. During his stint in these two investment banks, Ravi was an internationally recognized expert on the $5.4 Trillion US agency MBS market and his views on US fixed-income markets were frequently sought after by several mutual funds, banks and insurance companies from all over the world. He was a #2 ranked analyst in the Institutional Investor Survey of Americas Fixed-Income Research Teams for several consecutive years in multiple areas related to the MBS market. Ravi had also worked for the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) of the US Congress and Fluent Incorporated in the USA before starting his Wall Street career in 2003. At the CBO, Ravi worked on developing option pricing models for evaluating the value of government guarantees and subsidies.

While working at Fluent Incorporated, Ravi was a consultant for several Fortune 500 engineering companies in the areas of fluid flow and heat transfer analysis. Some of the engineering companies he consulted for during his time at Fluent Incorporated included Ford, ExxonMobil, BBA Nonwovens, Superior Nonwovens and Corning.

Ravi holds an MBA with distinction from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (USA) and a PhD in mechanical engineering from Purdue University (USA). He was a recipient of the Jane Robertson Memorial Award for outstanding academic performance at Northwestern University. Ravi also holds undergraduate and graduate degrees (BTech and MTech) in mechanical engineering from IIT Mumbai where he graduated near the top of his class.

Mr. Murali Penubothu is currently working as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Nicholas and Company, a food distributor based in Salt Lake City, USA. He is also a founding member and Director at Mahatma Gandhi Cancer Hospital and Research Center, a leading cancer hospital based in Visakhapatnam, India. His professional expertise is in IT strategy, digital transformation, scaling business operations, enablement of new business models and information management. Murali had previously worked for large technology and management consulting companies such as Adobe Systems, Cisco Systems, Deloitte Consulting and Hewlett Packard.

Murali holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University (USA) and a B.S. in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) from Osmania University.

Mrs. Manjusha Peddi Ravi holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the Loyola University Chicago (USA) and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Nagarjuna University (India). She is a founding member and Director at Sampragna Projects Private Limited, an infrastructure development firm. She lived in the USA for 15 years before returning to India in 2014 to pursue some entrepreneurial opportunities.

Mr. Sridhar Mikkilineni is the Deputy General Manager responsible for all of plant operations related issues at Sumhitha. Before coming to Sumhitha, he had 20+ years of experience in the plastics and construction industries in India, Sri Lanka and Tanzania.

Mr. Naresh Vemulapalli is the Deputy General Manager responsible for marketing and sales activities at Sumhitha. Mr. Vemulapalli holds an MA in International Business Management from Middlesex University (London, U.K), and an MBA in Marketing from Nagarjuna University (India). Prior to coming to Sumhitha, he had worked in the marketing and sales departments of Havells India Ltd, Parle Agro Pvt Ltd and Lyca Tel (UK).
